Serenzo® has consistently investigated this extract of Citrus sinensis (orange) standardized to 20% limonene, a registered trademark of Nexira. It has proven activity in modulating stress-generating processes. Studies in rodents show that D-limonene has anti-stress activity, by interfering with ortho-parasympathetic parameters and at the level of central neurotransmitter functions. In studies carried out in humans, Serenzo® significantly reduces the global severity index (SCL-90-R - multidimensional scale for assessing symptoms such as somatization, obsessive-compulsiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility) by approximately 53%, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A) by approximately 50%. The direct effect of Citrus sinensis on oxidative stress with normalization of the cellular redox status, contributes in a complementary way to the management/modulation of psychological and behavioral stress.

How to take : 1 capsule before breakfast and 2 before dinner with some water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
