Vitamins B1 (thiamine HCl), B2 (riboflavin + active R5P), B3 (niacinamide), B6 (pyridoxine HCl + active P5P), folate (5-MTHF/Quatrefolic® from Gnosis S.p.A.), and B12 (methylcobalamin) are present in partially or fully active forms, ready for use by the body without additional conversion. Folate in the 5-MTHF form and B12 as methylcobalamin are the methylated forms in this formula — relevant for those with MTHFR gene variants that hinder the conversion of conventional forms. Biotin (80 mcg) and choline (choline citrate, 14 mg) complete the formula. The product is not yeast-derived.
