Perguntas frequentes
Do I need to take a multivitamin?
A varied and balanced diet generally provides the nutrients the body needs. Supplementation makes sense in specific situations, which are identified by clinical evaluation and tests, not by general symptoms. If you have doubts about your case, talk to your doctor or nutritionist.
What does "bioactive forms" mean?
It refers to nutrients already in the form that the body directly uses — methylfolate instead of folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, amino acid chelated minerals instead of inorganic salts. The authorised claims apply to the nutrient, whatever its form; the difference lies in the production process and the cost.
Can I take a multivitamin and isolated supplements at the same time?
You can, but always sum the doses. Zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin D are the nutrients where it is easiest to exceed the maximum limits when combining.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this supplement. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients in the formulation, or when interactions between another product and any of its constituents are described. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
