The formula brings together two sources of choline — citicoline, also known as CDP-choline, and alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine — in stated amounts of 250 mg and 200 mg per serving. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an acetylated form of the amino acid carnitine, present at 500 mg. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid, obtained here from sunflower lecithin rather than soy. The coffee fruit concentrate comes from the whole fruit of the coffee plant, not the roasted bean. The ginkgo extract (Ginkgo biloba) is standardized to 24% flavone glycosides and 5.4% terpene lactones.
