NOW Foods CoQ10 60 mg with omega-3 combines Coenzyme Q10 (60 mg, all-trans form) and fish oil (250 mg, with EPA 40 mg and DHA 25 mg) from sardines, anchovies and mackerel in a single softgel. The formula also includes vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols) and soy lecithin.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 or ubiquinone) is a fat-soluble compound naturally synthesised by the body and present in virtually all cells. NOW Foods CoQ10 is in the all-trans form. Vitamin E may contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Soy lecithin (200 mg) provides phosphatidylcholine.
