NOW Foods' Mega D-3 & MK-7 combines vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® (menaquinone-7) in one daily vegetable capsule.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to the normal function of the immune system and muscles, and to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
