Bundle Components:

How to Take:

Beta-Alanine-SR: take 2 tablets, 1-2 times a day (as tolerated and needed), ideally with food.

Creatine: mix 1 dose (about one measuring spoon) with water or your favorite drink, once a day, preferably pre-workout or post-workout.

Amino Complex: use 1 dose (scoop) with water, and can be taken before or after training, or as recommended.
