Zeinpharma Triphala 500 mg is an extract of the Ayurvedic combination of three fruits, amalaki (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and haritaki (Terminalia chebula), in vegetable capsules. Each capsule contains 500 mg of extract, standardised to 40% tannins, or 200 mg. According to the manufacturer, the extract is obtained through water extraction. The recommended intake is one capsule per day.

Triphala, which means “three fruits” in Sanskrit, is a combination traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine in India. Tannins are plant compounds naturally found in these fruits. The formula is vegan, with a vegetable capsule, free from magnesium stearate, and manufactured in Germany. The capsule can be taken in the evening or in the morning.
