Be-Life's Vitamin B12 Plus combines both vitamins in a vegetable capsule, in the active forms of methylcobalamin and methylfolate. Vitamins B9 and B12 may contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Folate may also contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The product is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free, and each pack lasts for several months of routine.

Vitamin B12 is present as methylcobalamin and folate as methylfolate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate). The vegetable capsule is acid-resistant, and the formula is completed with maltodextrin, rice protein, and tricalcium phosphate.
