Zeinpharma Vitamin B6 P-5-P is presented in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6. Each vegetable capsule contains 40 mg of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate monohydrate, which corresponds to 27 mg of vitamin B6, or 1929% of the NRV. Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that the body does not store in large quantities and is obtained from foods such as fish, poultry, legumes, and whole grains. This formula is vegan, gluten-, lactose- and soy-free, and free from magnesium stearate. It is manufactured in Germany and intended for daily intake under medical advice.
