Composition
Daily dose (4 capsules): 3000mg L-arginine, 400µg (200%*) folic acid, 3.66mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (of which 3mg (214%*) vitamin B6) and 4µg (160%*) vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.
Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavors, GMOs, soy, artificial coloring, and preservatives.

How to use
Take 2 capsules twice a day with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before main meals. Long-term and regular intake is recommended.
