Composition

Daily dose (6 capsules): 3000mg of evening primrose oil (of which 270mg is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)).

Other ingredients: Gelatin (bovine), humectant: glycerin, and purified water.

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, GMOs, soy, nuts, artificial colouring, and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules three times a day with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before main meals (2 capsules per meal).
