Composition

Daily dose (6 capsules): 3000mg black cumin seed oil (of which 1650mg linoleic acid).

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, GMOs, soy, nuts, artificial colours, and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 3 capsules twice a day with plenty of water (at least 200ml), preferably before main meals (3 capsules per meal).
