Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), 500 mg per vegetable capsule, to be taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.

Composition

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200ml), preferably 30 minutes before bed. Important note: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age.
