In the Stress and Relaxation collection we bring together food supplements from brands such as Thorne, NOW Foods, Solaray, Nutergia, Zeinpharma and KAL, with magnesium, B vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts, in capsule, tablet, powder or liquid form.

Nutrients for the nervous system and psychological function

Some nutrients have a role recognised by European legislation. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12, folate, biotin and vitamin C contribute to normal psychological function.

Magnesium

You will find magnesium as bisglycinate and glycinate, taurate and L-threonate, alone or combined with vitamin B6, in capsules, tablets or powder.

B complex

B complex formulas designed for more demanding periods, some with vitamin C or magnesium in the same serving.

Amino acids and other nutrients

The collection includes L-theanine, GABA, 5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia), L-tryptophan, phosphatidylserine, SAMe and glycine, alone or in combined formulas.

Plant extracts

Precautions

St John's wort interacts with several medicines, including the contraceptive pill and antidepressants. 5-HTP, L-tryptophan and SAMe should also not be combined with antidepressants without medical advice. If you take medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting.
