Iron (fumarate) 14 mg per capsule with acerola powder, a natural source of vitamin C, which increases iron absorption. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition
Daily dose (1 capsule): 200mg acerola powder (of which 34mg (42.5%*) vitamin C), 44.6mg iron fumarate (of which 14.3mg (102%*) iron).
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).
Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavourings, GMOs, soy, artificial colouring and preservatives.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before the main meal.
