Composition
Daily dose (1 capsule): 200mg of 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), together with a carbohydrate-rich snack or juice. Avoid protein-rich meals directly after ingestion.
