Composition

Daily dose (2 capsules): 2000mg MSM (distilled methylsulfonylmethane) (OptiMSM) (of which 680mg sulphur).

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.

Free from: Gluten, lactose, artificial colouring, artificial flavours, GMO, soy and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water or juice (at least 200ml), with one of the main meals.
