Composition
Daily dose (1 capsule every seven days): 125µg (2500%*) of vitamin D3 (equivalent to 5000 IU), which corresponds to 17.8µg (356%*) 714 IU of daily vitamin D3.
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and microcrystalline cellulose.
Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, GMOs, soy, artificial colouring, and preservatives.

Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule weekly with plenty of water (at least 200ml) with a meal.
