Ergycalm Nutergia: lemon balm, hawthorn and magnesium
Ergycalm is Nutergia's liquid Phitomineral with the highest magnesium content, in a 250 ml bottle. It is intended for people aged 12 and over and is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. At 20 ml per day, a bottle lasts about 12 days; at 10 ml, about 25.
Nutergia's Ergycalm is a liquid food supplement from the Phitomineral range, with three plant extracts and magnesium. The 20 ml dose provides 112 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 30% of the NRV, and even at the smaller dose of 10 ml, the mineral remains at the legal threshold of 15%. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The plants are hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha), black horehound (Ballota nigra) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), all extracted in France. No alcohol, sugars, sweeteners or artificial flavorings.
Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) is the plant present in the greatest quantity, at 1440 mg per 20 ml in dry plant equivalent. It is a shrub that grows spontaneously throughout Europe.
Black horehound (Ballota nigra, 1120 mg) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, 1120 mg) are included in the same proportion. Lemon balm, from the mint family, is one of the garden plants with the oldest documented use in Mediterranean Europe.
Magnesium (112 mg per 20 ml, 30% of the NRV) comes from the mineral base: sodium-free concentrated seawater and a patented extract of lithothamnion, a calcareous red alga harvested in France.
