Magnesium bound to malic acid (magnesium dimalate), 100 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to electrolyte balance.

Composition

Daily dose (4 capsules): 2000mg Di-magnesium Malate (of which 400mg (106.7%*) magnesium).

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Does not contain: GMOs, soy, artificial flavors, gluten, lactose, artificial coloring, and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 1 to 4 capsules daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before one of the evening meals.
